My problem sounds a bit different to some other posts related to USB forwarding I have seen on the forum. It is as follows:
- Whilst using the Win-64 application, on the USB forwarding page, my devices keep being forwarded during approx. 20 sec. (the box is ticked) then get unforwarded (the box gets unticked), and after 2 sec. they get forwarded again. This loops again and again in the same fashion.
- My USB ‘forwarded’ devices don’t respond at all times on Shadow, but work perfectly on my local PC
I have reached out to the Shadow support who provided me a basic answer to uninstall the app and delete all Shadow-related folders then re-install the app. It did not change my situation, and I got no further response since then…
I also installed the BETA and ALPHA version of the apps, but no luck either.
