USB wheel not forwarded

Hi

 

I just installed shadow on my mac M1. I have enabled usb forwarding, and when connecting my logitech g25 racing wheel, it detects this, however, it doesnt allow me to tick the box for forwarding. My latency is low, connection speed is good, so everything looks good

 

This is my very first time with shadow so i might be doing something wrong. Can somebody advise please?

Yes, just not connect, or if it connect, won't work correctly.

for me is different, the profiler doesnt even detect the g25!

 

yes but that also happens to me sometimes, that does not let you select the device box. And when he lets me select it, the video thing happens to me

nice, my first day in shadow tech and looks like its the last one as nothing works!

i made it work at the 10th attempt. After 2 laps in project cars i had the BSOD error… Is this normal?

the wonderful support team never answered to this and they just said I can’t have a refund, even when your product does not work as advertised

 

I wonder how would you feel if you buy a bottle of milk, it is half empty and you are told you can’t have a refund because you agreed with that

 

i agreed with this on the basis my racing wheel was going to work and I was assured by the wonderful support team it will work, but you don’t seem to care about that
