Shadow is currently available in the following countries: Metropolitan France, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Swiss, Belgium, Luxembourg, United States (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska), Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Canada, and Spain.
Please note, if you are traveling from State to State, such as California to New York, the service might not work well for you. We assign you a data center that is closest to the billing address you enter when signing up.
i travel from germany to america
i don't need gaming on vacation, normal desktop operation would be enough

the latency would be far from ideal, given that the packets would have to use a submariner cable to get to your local pc.
