Virtual desktop unreachable, please help

Hi, Im owner of Shadow since october and really happy with the service.

My main concern is that I cant connect Virtual Desktop in my Oculus Quest with Shadow.

Virtual Desktop works fine with my own computer, Shadow also works fine when I use it in my computer or mobile. But when I try to connect Virtual Desktop to Shadow it leads allways to the same message: “Computer is unreachable”.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall everything, also have changed my ISP two times (because of the double NAT thing). Actually I use mobile data, but I have asked other peaople that use the same ISP and service, and for them it works.

Please, any help? I’ve been triying to make it work for a long time.
