waiting for available slot

Hello i'm a new shadow user and today i can't log in because i have to wait for a available slot, or i get an l-200 error. it has been going on for more than 30 minutes now.

Is this something that happens often? I'm a bit surprised really.

Was fixed few minutes later.

Question still stands. Does it happen often? 

I’ve been using shadow for 2 years, this is the first time I’ve been held in a queue. Hope it’s just a temporary thing.

I just got the same. I just upgraded to Power and this is first time I’m seeing this and it is unacceptable.

What the hell happened?

User since 2018. Never seen this until I upgraded to Power. First time I ever heard of it being a thing until it happened to me today

I upgraded last week but haven't seen this until today. Hopefully it's just a lot of new users or something? I've no clue how it works 🤷🏼‍♂️

I must say it felt like the uptake on Power was a lot more people than I remember previously being interested in Shadow. Clearly they’re pushing the limits of their available hardware, plus I hear a rumour that the AFK system is currently bugged so signed in VMs are being left running forever even through the user has shut down, which definitely won’t help. Can’t confirm that though.
