What to do if shadow is stuck onstartiny shadow

I’m making this post to help you guys on what to do when your shadow launcher is stuck on step 2: starting shadow. Well what you do is you have to click on the question mark button at the top right of the shadow launcher. Then what you do is you press turn off shadow. After that you don’t start it up right away but you wait 5-10 minutes then it will be working fully. Thanks!
