i have been waiting since december 2020 and the date said 24.06.2021 to get access to shadow and im still waiting to get access what do i do and how much longer do i have to wait?

My order and activation date where the same as yours and I received this email a week ago, check you spam. Now I'm stuck because none of the links send me to the correct page to accept the new price agreement so can't proceed until its resolved!
