Customers in the Discord ask for it almost every day because they have a problems with da-lite. Would it be possible for Shadow's development status to be made transparent on this topic?

I’ve tested it in Alpha with pc with ipv6-only-configuration. Does not work.
Sad hope it will be soon. Because I've experienced issues with my shield and dual Stack...

Thanks Lily! But in my opinion it should have higher priority as in Germany it is a large target group that only has ipv6 due to some big providers don't offering ipv4 or even dual Stack anymore.
Until there is no ipv6 support shadow isn't suitable for the masses as you need some knowledge and effort to solve the problem why it is not working.
For example I've recommended shadow to my cousin. He tried it and it worked really bad. Without me telling him to ask his provider for ds he would have just cancelled it.

Unfortunately in the global scale of things, the german market is not as big as France or the US (potentially is). But I am sure they will implement it at one point ^^

Could you try to start one streaming session in alpha with an ipv6 only config, please ?
- If you can get past the login screen then after the failed session send the logs using the button at the bottom of the help page
- If you can’t even get past the login screen try to login once in ipv6 then switch back to ipv4 and use the send logs button
Once you have done this send me a pm and I’ll take a look at it 
By the way, in terms of ipv6 we should have the same behavior in alpha, beta and prod it’s just that I might get more logs from alpha launcher.

I would love to try but at home I have luckily only ipv4.
I had the problems with my shield / android client and dual Stack when I was visiting a friend over the weekend. Whie it only was with the Android client, it worked just perfect on the Mac windows and iPad client.
He also ordered now but didn't get activated yet.
Ipv6 would give any advantages over ipv4 when using shadow?

For users no, ipv6=ipv4, it’s the same thing juste your IP adress change.

Now I have shadow ghost. So I can’t Test the Alpha anymore.
