I upgraded to the power upgrade and was setting it up. When I clicked create a pin it sent me to this “just a moment screen”. It has been stuck for more than 3 hours. I tried to restart my computer but that would not work.

So I’ve run into the same issue as well, apparently it happens a lot with Windows 11 and the startup in which you become stuck at the create PIN startup screen. If you actually hold Alt+Tab you can see the screen to enter your pin but cannot actually bring up the window. The best way I’ve seen of getting past this issue is to disconnect your router to open up that screen. But us using Shadow PC obviously cannot so best thing to do I guess it to submit a ticket and hope they get back to ya

I got you fam, I ran into the exact same thing but was too impatient for a ticket. When this window pops up, hit Alt +tab and HOLD alt (NOT TAB) so you can choose the PIN, for some reason it does not come to the foreground, so just CLOSE it. It will go BACK to the “set up pin” menu. So choose set up pin again, this time, TYPE IN YOUR PIN BLINDLY, hit TAB, TYPE IT AGAIN, hit ENTER. And you move on. Unfortunately that’s the only way through without the “disconnect internet” option, as we are cloud based.

The PIN was ready to be set up this whole time we just can’t see it, even with dual screens.
