Why do I get an error when I try to add storage to my Shadow computer?

Hello! Whenever I try to add storage to my Shadow computer, I get a message on the checkout page that says “An error occured updating your subscription, please try again later.”

Has anyone else seen this/know how to fix it?

Have you ensured that your Shadow is fully shut down before purchasing additional storage? Should that not work, please contact our Support Team so they can inform you if additional storage is still in stock. They can also help add additional storage on their end.
