So at the start of covid issues there was a automatic shutdown instigated if the machine “Thought” it hadnt been used for 30 minutes. Only it was being used and still shut down, if i wan to leave something running then i cant. If i pay for your service why do i keep getting cut off even when my  machine is technically in use? can i have longer maybe 2 hours rather than this and detection of login and running process maybe.

I must be able to choose more unattended time. I do not use it to play, or download stuff. I have no time to sit in front of the screen permanently. And should not be a business plan option.

@fruizaviles You are exactly describing what a “business plan” would be used for...it sounds like you just don’t want to pay for it. Shadow is not an unattended hosting service - you have many other options for that.

Hi @fruizaviles

If you need business functionality, then you can look at shadow business plans. If you need true unattended access to gpu enabled server’s for burst workload’s then other vendors may be a better bet. As they have per min and per second pricing. Shadow is marketed at people who plan to use shadow actively and is organized around their needs.
