Hey.
I tried different times the update but every time I get the code 0xC1900101 and it rollback to the 1909 version. Any hints what I can do, all drivers are the newest one.
Thanks for your help.

View originalYou can use the update assistant.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028685/windows-10-get-the-update
scroll to where it says update assistant and jt will take you to the site to select your options before downloading the installer
No, didn't work...
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/upgrade/resolution-procedures
something you have installed is triggering it.
you can save your documents to onedrive or another cloud storage, then reset shadow and run the updater to 2004.
that’s how i have managed to install the update in the end as i couldnt figure out which software I had installed was causing it.
Hi. I had a similar issue and it was down to the timezone set
My Shadow is in the Paris Data Center but my timezone is set to London GMT I changed it to Paris and all worked.
Hope that helps
