Windows mouse settings do not persist for each session

Hi, I run a Mac client to a Windows10 Shadow image.  In fullscreen mode, my mouse pointer is slow and jumpy unless I go into Windows mouse settings and click “Enhance pointer precision,”  which fixes my issue.  However this checkbox is disabled every time I start a new session, and I need to navigate to it and click it again.  How can I make this setting persistent?

Details:

  • Application type: Mac

  • Shadow Client Version: Official, seems unrelated to client

  • Local device CPU: N/A

  • Local device GPU: N/A

  • Datacenter location: New York

  • Connection speed: N/A

  • Description of issue

Other:

  • Date when problem appeared: Has been like this for months

  • Did you take any action(s) which could have created this problem? If so, what?  I just click the box every time I start Shadow.

  • Do you recall any action(s) you took after it happened?  N/A

  • Do you use a VPN and/or antivirus?  N/A

  • Please provide a screenshot of your shadow stats (Alt+Win+O). Also make sure it captures a timeframe when the issue has happened.  N/A

Somehow this got fixed in the last few days!  It had been broken forever, but now it is not.  Pretty cool.
