While on my shadow i have a message in the bottom right corner that says “Windows not activated”. When i go to settings it says it cant activate windows because the product key was used on another device...its annoying because it overlays when I play games and you can always see it.

Sorry to hear that your Windows is not activated. Our teams are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
For now, can you reach out to our Support Team from your account page? This way the can collect any logs needed and pass that along to our Dev Team so they can continue to look into this further. The Support Team will also be able to provide you with an update once the issue is resolved.
