Why does shadow thing I'm in new York? I signed up from California hoping for the Portland datacenter. My latency is around 90ms now. I had shadow before with the same account and it was in Portland and around 30ms latency. All speed test show new York for some reason and IP address shows new York. Why?

I did reach out to shadow support. They said it was necessary to migrate me to a datacenter for the power upgrade. Even tho the website said power upgrade was available in my area. I'm still waiting on a response to the email I sent them asking why I wasn't notified about the upgrade situation. They said I have to cancel my upgrade and then when it lapse I can resubscribe to get put on my normal data center in Portland, Oregon. They have me on a datacenter near new york. So the latency is pretty bad since I'm in California.
