Xbox 360 kinect

I’m having trouble connecting my Xbox 360 Kinect to the shadow pc it will load for like a minute and then disappear and not be connected.  It’s the only thing that won’t connect and I wanna use it for full body tracking in vr I’ve tried reinstalling the drivers and restarting but it still didn’t work so if anyone can tell me why it won’t connect or how to fix this I would really appreciate it!
